Shipping policy

 

All orders ship from our Brooklyn studio within 3-5 business days of purchase. Most pieces are hand-finished to order, so we'll email you if anything in your order needs extra   time.

 

United States. Domestic orders ship via UPS with tracking. Typical delivery is 2–4 business days after shipment. Shipping rates are calculated at   checkout based on your address.

 

International. International orders ship via USPS International. Typical delivery is 7–14 business days after shipment, though customs processing in your country can    extend this. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country's customs authority.

 

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you automatically when your order ships.

 

Lost or delayed packages. If your tracking shows a problem, or if your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please email shop@sherryjmann.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate it.
